• We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

2. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm orders by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer where available.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items that are unused and in their original condition. Custom-made and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return. To start a return, contact us using the details below.
